What we do
Circular Services Group (CSG) is a boutique advisory firm founded in 2019, focused on circular systems across textiles and materials. Our work sits at the intersection of policy, strategy, and infrastructure, helping businesses anticipate risk, unlock opportunity, and drive durable growth.
We built our expertise in textile reuse and recycling, one of the most complex and fast-moving arenas in the circular economy. Our foundation of deep knowledge of material flows, capital, extended producer responsibility, collection reuse and recycling infrastructure, and end-of-life policy informs how we work across the broader materials landscape and beyond.
We integrate public affairs expertise with future-focused advisory to navigate complexity, protect reputation, and shape market transformation. We support companies operating within circular material systems and the business models shaping their evolution.
Why we’re different
At CSG, we believe lasting change happens at the intersection of capital, regulation, and markets. Navigating that intersection takes strategy, relationships, and the ability to move institutions, state local and federal government, and consumer behavior.
We work with leaders who aren't just complying with change, they're trying to define an industry. Our role is to make sure they have the positioning, the coalitions, and the clarity to do exactly that.
Our broader ecosystem
Advisory work is one part of how Circular Services Group drives change. We also build and participate in the institutional infrastructure that makes systems transformation possible — the coalitions, networks, and policy platforms that no single company can create alone.
A flagship example is American Circular Textiles (AMCIRC), an independent membership coalition advancing circularity in the U.S. textiles sector through policy advocacy, ecosystem development, and market-building. AMCIRC represents the kind of sector-level organizing that accelerates what advisory work alone cannot: shared positions, a collective voice, and coordinated investment signals.
Across these efforts — consulting, coalition, and beyond — CSG works at every lever of change necessary to move markets.
Our reason
The through-line in everything we do is alignment between policy and investment, between market opportunity and regulatory reality, between what's possible and what's actionable. CSG exists to close those gaps, and to help our clients lead in the spaces where these realities meet.
